                                      Worship   Bulletin

                               Sunday      February 15, 2026

Welcome; we are very glad you are here.

             Thought for the Day

Hebrews 10:25, “Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”

If Jesus was to return this Sunday at 10 AM, would He find you in His house or somewhere else?

A 16th-century church in Europe was known as the House of Many Lamps. The church had no light except receptacles at every seat where members placed their lamps. If someone didn't show up, their place remained dark. Every member had to be presence to totally light up the sanctuary.

When you give up assembling together and your light doesn't show up, you leave a spot of darkness. The fact that Jesus is coming again and you don't know when, should tell you where you ought to be, especially on the Lord's Day.

A pastor said it this way, "In more than five decades of pastoral ministry, I've never met a Christian who was healthier, more mature, and more active in ministry by being apart from the church."

The same Jesus who died for the church and shows up every Sunday expects you to show up, too. It’s not because you have to be in church, but because a part of growing up in the Lord is showing up for the Lord.

Today, write this on a sticky note and put it on your bathroom mirror: "Jesus is coming soon. Where will He find me?" Read it every morning this week. Let it remind you why Sunday matters, not just for you, but for everyone whose light depends on your showing up.

         Celebration Sunday:

Next week is the fourth Sunday of the month, and tine to have our monthly potluck lunch after the service.  Invite your friends and family to join our worship service and then enjoy a great time of food, fun and fellowship with our church family.

          Anti-Valentine’s Week?

Yes, 15th – 21st of February, is declared as such for those who are heartbroken by or left-out of the worldly love, to rebel against it all together. However, Jesus has a better solution. Why not come to Jesus to let Him show you the true Love, God’s way.

          Amazing Facts:

Most maps of the world are wrong. Today maps use the Mercator projection, which is wildly inaccurate and makes Alaska appear as large as Brazil and Greenland 14 times larger than it actually is. For a map to be completely accurate, it would need to be life-size and round, not flat.

          "Verse of the Month" Contest.

Can you find our verse of the month?     Every week, we will reveal a word or a phrase that is a part of one special verse in the Bible (KJV or NKJV).   Those who find all the clues and guess the correct verse will receive a gift.     But every person will have only one guess, and your wrong guess will disqualify you; so wait until you get more clues and you are absolutely sure.         We appreciate all of you who spend time in God's Word.

The third clue for the month of February is: "Jesus."  There are four clues for this month's verse.    (when you are sure, send your answers to gmbc1610@gmail.com)

    And; Good Luck.

The verse for the month of January was:    Songs of Solomon 2:3

Congratulations to our winner for the month of January:
